These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BankFlow ("we", "our", "us") and its services. By using BankFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use BankFlow. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use BankFlow only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload fraudulent, falsified, or counterfeit documents
• Use BankFlow to process statements belonging to others without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or AI systems
• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activities
• Resell access to BankFlow without a written reseller agreement

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once processing credits are consumed.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid subscription plans. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first paid period, contact support@bankflow.app for a full refund. Top-up credit packs are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

BankFlow and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the services you requested.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of BankFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

BankFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that parsed transaction data is 100% accurate or complete. You should review and verify outputs before using them for financial, tax, or legal decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BankFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including errors in AI-parsed data.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BankFlow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BankFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
